Reellytic

Terms of Service

The rules for using Reellytic: your account, credits and payments, who owns what you create, and how publishing works.

Last updated October 23, 2026

1. Agreement

These terms are a contract between you and Quontessa, which operates Reellytic (“Reellytic”, “we”, “us”). They apply when you visit reellytic.com, create an account, or use the studio. By signing in or using Reellytic you agree to them, together with our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and Refunds and credits policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

If you use Reellytic for a business, you confirm you can bind it to these terms.

2. What Reellytic does

Reellytic turns a story idea or series episode into a finished vertical motion-comic video. AI agents write the script, plan the storyboard, draw characters and panels, check continuity, add narration and captions, and render the video. You approve the script, the storyboard and spend, and the final cut. You can then publish to YouTube Shorts or Instagram Reels.

We may change, add or remove features, including the models and providers behind them, to keep the service working and improving. We will not reduce what you have already paid for without a fair remedy.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 16 years old, or older if the law where you live says so, and able to form a binding contract.
  • Give us accurate information and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • One person per account. Do not share sign-ins or resell access.
  • Tell us at security@reellytic.com if you think someone else has accessed your account.

4. Credits, plans and payments

  • Credits. Videos are paid for with credits. A new account receives enough free credits for one video, once. After that, credits come from a paid plan (Pro or Max) and, for people with an active plan, from one-time top-ups. Plans and prices are on our pricing page. Prices exclude any taxes we are required to collect, which are shown at checkout.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically. A plan is billed monthly or yearly, as you choose. You pay when you start, and your payment method is charged again automatically at the start of every period until you cancel. Each time a payment is taken, that period's credits are added to your balance. A yearly plan adds the whole year's credits at once.
  • Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from the billing page in your account. Cancelling stops future payments and takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. Credits already in your balance stay yours. We do not refund the rest of a paid period when you cancel, except as set out in our Refunds and credits policy or where the law requires it.
  • Features by plan. Some features depend on your plan. Language versions are included with Pro and Max, and scheduled posts and series Autopilot are included with Max. The pricing page shows what each plan includes, and we may change it. If your plan ends or a renewal payment fails, those features stop working until you subscribe again. Your saved settings, finished videos and credits stay.
  • Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, no credits are added for that period and top-ups are unavailable until the payment succeeds. Our payment provider may try your payment method again. If it still fails, the subscription ends.
  • Top-ups. People with an active plan can buy one-time top-ups of extra credits. A top-up is a single payment and does not renew.
  • Currency. Prices are shown in US dollars. Fixed prices in AED and EUR are offered before checkout, and you are charged in the currency you choose. A subscription keeps the currency it started in. Your bank or card issuer may add its own currency conversion fees.
  • Price first. Before anything is drawn or voiced, the storyboard shows the credits the video will use. Script drafts do not cost credits.
  • Hold, settle, return. When you approve the storyboard, we set those credits aside. They are used when the video is delivered, and returned to your balance if the video fails or you cancel.
  • No expiry, no cash value. Credits do not expire while your account is open, including after you cancel a plan. They are not money, cannot be transferred, sold or withdrawn, and are not a deposit.
  • Payment processing. Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method the price of the plan or top-up you choose and, for a plan, to charge it again at each renewal until you cancel.
  • Refunds. See the Refunds and credits policy. If a payment is refunded or reversed, we remove the matching credits from your balance.
  • Price changes. We may change prices and the credits a video costs. A change to a plan's price applies from your next renewal after we tell you by email or in the app, and you can cancel before it takes effect. Changes do not affect top-ups you have already bought or a video you have already approved.

5. Your content

“Your content” means the ideas, text, images, characters and other material you give us, and any story setup you save, such as a Story Bible.

  • You keep ownership of your content.
  • You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, adapt and display your content, and to send it to our providers, only so we can run the service for you and keep it safe.
  • You promise you have the rights to your content and that it, and your use of it, does not break the law, anyone’s rights, or our Acceptable Use Policy.
  • We do not use your content to train our own AI models.

6. What the AI creates for you

“Output” means the scripts, images, audio, captions and videos Reellytic generates for you.

  • Ownership. As between you and us, you own your output and may use it commercially, including publishing it, subject to these terms and to the terms of any platform you publish on. We assign to you whatever rights we hold in it.
  • It may not be unique. AI can produce similar results for different people. Some countries do not give copyright to AI-generated material, so you may have fewer legal protections for it than for work made by a person.
  • You review it. Output can contain mistakes, odd details or unintended resemblances. You approve every video, and you are responsible for checking it before you publish.
  • Disclose it. You are responsible for following platform rules about labeling AI-generated or synthetic content. See our AI disclosure.

7. Rules of use

You agree to follow the Acceptable Use Policy. You also agree not to:

  • copy, resell or reverse engineer the service, except as the law allows;
  • get around credits, spending limits, rate limits or approval steps;
  • use bots or scrapers on the site, or put unreasonable load on it;
  • use the service or its output to build a competing AI model or service;
  • probe or attack our systems. If you find a weakness, please report it to security@reellytic.com.

8. Publishing to YouTube and Instagram

You can connect your own YouTube channel or Instagram Business or Creator account. When you connect, you authorize us to act for you only within the permissions you grant: uploading and posting the videos you approve, and reading performance data. We will not post anything you have not approved. YouTube uploads start as private unless you choose another setting.

Your use of those platforms is also covered by their terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service and Meta’s terms and policies. They decide whether your content stays up, and we are not responsible for their decisions, outages or changes. You can disconnect at any time.

9. Our property

Reellytic’s software, design, brand, agents, prompts and documentation belong to us and our licensors. We give you a limited, personal, revocable license to use the service as these terms allow. We keep every right we do not expressly give you.

If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without owing you anything.

Copyright complaints: see our copyright policy.

10. Third-party services

Reellytic relies on third parties for sign-in, storage, hosting, payments and AI models. Outages or changes at those services can affect Reellytic. We are not responsible for services we do not control, but we will work to restore and, where fair, compensate you for a failed paid video through credits.

11. Suspension and ending

You may stop using Reellytic at any time and may ask us to delete your account (see deleting your data).

We may suspend or end your access, remove content, or disconnect a platform account if you break these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if we must by law, or to protect people or the service. Where we reasonably can, we will warn you first and explain why. If we end your account without cause, we will refund your unused credits.

Sections that by their nature should continue after the end of the agreement, including ownership, disclaimers, liability and governing law, will continue.

12. Disclaimers

Reellytic is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that output will be accurate, original or suitable for your purpose, or that any video will reach an audience, earn money or be accepted by a platform. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

13. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, audience, data or goodwill, however caused.

Our total liability to you for all claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and (b) US$50.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

14. If a claim is made because of you

If a third party makes a claim against us because of your content, your published videos, or your breach of these terms, you agree to cover our reasonable costs and any damages awarded, as long as we tell you promptly and let you help with the defense. This does not apply to the extent the claim is caused by us.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will give at least 14 days’ notice by email or in the studio before they apply to you. If you keep using Reellytic after that date, you accept the new terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service and ask us to close your account, and we will refund unused credits.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the place where Quontessa is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where your local consumer law gives you rights that cannot be waived, including the right to bring a claim in your home courts.

Before starting a formal claim, please write to legal@reellytic.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve it.

17. General

These terms and the policies they refer to are the whole agreement between us about Reellytic. If part of them is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a right, we have not given it up. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our consent; we may transfer ours in a business sale. Neither of us is liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Contact: legal@reellytic.com.
