Money questions.

Do credits expire?

No. Credits stay in your account until you use them, even if you cancel your plan.

Is the first video really free?

Yes. Starter gives every new account 45 free credits, enough for one 45-second video. No card is needed. This is a one-time welcome grant, and the credits never expire.

What if a video fails?

Credits are only taken when you approve the storyboard, and they return in full if the video can’t be made or you cancel it.

How does a subscription work?

You pick Pro or Max, monthly or yearly. Each time you are billed, that period's credits are added to your balance. A yearly plan adds the whole year's credits at once. Pro adds language versions, and Max adds scheduled posts and Series Autopilot. Cancel any time from your billing page; credits you already have stay yours.

Can I add more credits in a busy month?

Yes. If you have a plan, you can add a top-up from your credits page at any time. Top-up credits never expire and are added on top of your plan.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. If a payment is refunded, the matching credits are removed from your balance. Credits you already spent on finished videos stay spent.

Do longer videos cost more?

Yes. A longer video has more panels to draw, so it uses more credits. The price is always shown before you approve.

What does a language version cost?

A language version keeps the finished panels and changes the words, voice and captions, so it costs about a third of the full video. For a 45-second video that is 15 credits, against 45 for the video. Spanish, Arabic and Urdu are available on Pro and Max.

Can Autopilot run a whole series?

Yes, on Max. Choose the days, a time, a channel and a weekly credit limit. Each episode is written, made and posted for you, and it never spends past the limit. It stops after two failed episodes in a row so a problem can’t keep spending.
