Delete your data
Disconnect a platform in seconds, or ask us to delete your account and everything you made.

1. Disconnect YouTube or Instagram
You can cut off Reellytic’s access to a connected channel or account without deleting anything else.
- In Reellytic: open the studio, go to Publish, and choose Disconnect next to the account. We delete the stored access token straight away.
- YouTube and Google: remove Reellytic at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- Instagram: in the Instagram app or website, go to Settings, then Apps and websites (or Website permissions), and remove Reellytic.
Videos already published stay on YouTube or Instagram. Delete them there if you want them gone.
2. Delete your account and data
Send an email from the address on your account to privacy@reellytic.com with the subject “Delete my Reellytic account”, or use this ready-made email. We may reply to confirm it is you. We then delete your data within 30 days and confirm when it is done.
You can instead ask us to delete only some things, such as a single series or all generated media, and keep your account.
3. What happens to your data

4. Before you delete
- Download any finished videos you want to keep from the episode page. Deletion is permanent and we cannot restore it.
- If you have a plan, you can cancel it from the billing page first. If you ask us to delete the account, we cancel any active plan when we process the request so you are not charged again.
- Unused paid credits can be refunded within 14 days of the payment that added them. After that they are lost when the account is deleted. See Refunds and credits.
- Your data at our AI and infrastructure providers is deleted under their normal retention rules.
